Kenseth Charges to Second

Matt Kenseth came from the rear of the field to finish second in Sunday’s Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Kenseth, who was slated to start 17th, was forced to start at the back for the 334-lap race because of approved adjustments. He also had to serve a pit road penalty for crewmember(s) over the wall too soon on lap 27.
