Tottenham Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Emanuel Mammana and Kevin Wimmer

Tottenham Hotspur could undergo a significant change of defensive personnel this winter following reports the north Londoners are eyeing Lyon centre-back Emanuel Mammana, while Kevin Wimmer has teased a January exit.
Tom Hopkinson of the Mirror reported Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to link up alongside fellow Argentinian Mammana at White Hart Lane after seeing the defender develop in Ligue 1.
The 20-year-old only moved to Europe earlier this year after leaving River Plate for Lyon this past summer, but Pochettino appears to have already seen enough of the young talent to make good on his assessment.
Goal’s Robin Bairner recently confirmed the calibre of the up-and-coming star after he was nominated for the 2016 Golden Boy award, an annual accolade given to the best under-21 player in Europe:
