Paris Saint-Germain coach Unai Emery is ready to offer Lucas Moura to Liverpool as a makeweight in a deal to capture Philippe Coutinho.
According to French outlet Le 10 Sport (h/t Luke Gardener of the Daily Star), PSG are planning the “mammoth swap deal” in order to tempt Jurgen Klopp into doing business for his prized asset.
Lucas arrived in Paris after signing from Sao Paulo in 2013 but has been unable to live up to his burgeoning reputation in Brazilian football.
However, Liverpool will attempt to stave off interest in Coutinho by offering the attacker a new deal to remain at Anfield, with Barcelona also waiting in the background, according to Neil Moxley of the Sunday People (h/t the Mirror).
