Josh Norman to Appeal Fine for Interception Celebration: Details and Reaction

Washington cornerback Josh Norman said he will appeal the $10,000 fine the NFL levied against him for his celebration penalty during Sunday’s 31-20 victory over the Cleveland Browns, per John Keim of ESPN.com.
Norman tallied a critical interception in the fourth quarter and shot an imaginary bow and arrow, which drew the flag.
According to Keim, Norman admitted he was previously warned about the celebration but thought he would receive another warning instead of a penalty on Sunday because it was a different officiating crew.
