ARLINGTON — The Rangers have not set their postseason roster for the American League Division Series, but it appears that Shin-Soo Choo will be a part of it.

Choo missed six weeks with a broken left forearm, but was able to play in the final three games of the season. Game 1 of the ALDS against the Blue Jays is scheduled for Thursday at 3:30 p.m. CT on TBS in the United States and Sportsnet (English) and TVA (French) in Canada.

“We have a pretty good idea,” Rangers general manager Jon Daniels said. “It’s about putting a whole team together, but you don’t want to overthink it too much. You want your best players when they’re ready to go.”
