Chad Le Clos (RSA) was the outstanding winner on World Cup tour once more as the wounded series limped across the line in Dubai today.
The curtain-cloing session saw Le Clos take the 100m butterfly in 49.14 after he dominated the 50 and 200m on the same stroke on the opening day of racing. The 200m, at the outset of burning ambition for the coming Olympic cycle, had Le Clos on 1:49.71, the dash won at 22.08 a big margin up on Ben Proud (GBR) and Roland Schoeman (RSA).
