Australia entered the first of three finals with just one change to the XI that have lost twice to South Africa in the series so far. In keeping with the rotation of their bowlers, Daniel Worrall was brought in for Joe Mennie with no room for Usman Khawaja despite the emphasis on the top four to produce more runs.
