Cahill backs coach Holland

Gary Cahill has backed Chelsea coach Steve Holland to be a hit with the England squad this week.
Holland has stepped up to senior level after working with new interim boss Gareth Southgate at Under-21 level and is helping the squad prepare for World Cup Qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia.
Cahill joined Chelsea six months after Holland was promoted to the role of first-team coach at Stamford Bridge in 2011, and he said: “I’ve worked with Steve for many years and know him very well.
