We’re almost through Week 4 of the NFL season and, more importantly, your 2016 fantasy football season.
Whether you’re sitting at 4-0 or 0-4 after four weeks of taking on your friends, family members and coworkers, it’s not too late to mix up your lineup and take control of your team.
(Well, you may be past the point of no return if you’re 0-4. But there’s no harm in trying!)
There were a handful of players who stood out in Week 4 and who would be worth targeting this week on waivers.
Players were considered potential waiver-wire options if they were owned in under 60 percent of Yahoo Sports fantasy football leagues as of Sunday.

Terrance West, RB, Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens may have lost a heartbreaker to the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, but it was not for lack of trying by running back Terrance West.
West emerged onto the scene in Week 4 after the Ravens benched Justin Forsett, and he rewarded his team for its vote of confidence. West finished his day with 21 carries for 113 yards and a touchdown, earning him 17.30 points in standard leagues.
Comcast SportsNet’s Bo Smolka noted how much progress West has made already this season, from training camp until now.
