Arsene Wenger admits Arsenal may have been “lucky” to come away from Burnley with a 1-0 win after Laurent Koscielny’s controversial late goal.
The Frenchman got on the end of Theo Walcott’s flick on at Turf Moor in the third minute of stoppage time, touching the ball with his right boot before it hit his arm and went over the line.
Burnley felt aggrieved, with the initial effort seemingly heading over the bar, but Wenger, who celebrated 20 years at the club on Saturday, said he hadn’t yet seen the replay.
