FC Dallas like Schweinsteiger

Manchester United outcast Bastian Schweinsteiger could be offered a way out of his nightmare at Old Trafford by MLS side FC Dallas.
The US club’s president Dan Hunt has spoken of his admiration for the former Germany international and, although he ideally wants his remaining ‘designated player’ spot to be filled by a striker, that position could change.
Schweinsteiger, who has not featured at all for Manchester United this season despite being named in the Premier League squad, would not be able to sign for the club until the end of the MLS season, which finishes in December.
