Holland joins England set-up

The Football Association has confirmed that Chelsea assistant first-team coach Steve Holland is to join caretaker England boss Gareth Southgate’s backroom team.
Holland, who has assisted Southgate with the England U21 side for the past three years, will replace Craig Shakespeare in the coaching staff for the fixtures in October and November.
Leicester assistant boss Shakespeare has agreed to leave the set-up but assistant Sammy Lee and goalkeeper coach Martyn Margetson will remain in place.
