Eflin has successful surgery on left knee

PHILADELPHIA — The Phillies announced Friday night that right-hander Zach Eflin had successful surgery to repair his left patella tendon.
Eflin will be immobilized for six weeks, but he is expected to make a full recovery and be ready by Spring Training.
