Tomas scratched 2nd day in a row; Segura hobbled

PHOENIX — For the second straight day, D-backs outfielder Yasmany Tomas was scratched from the starting lineup. Before Friday’s series opener against the Padres, it was announced Tomas was out with stiffness in his upper back.
Tomas missed Thursday’s game against the Nationals with a stiff neck after initially being penciled into the starting lineup.
