Qualifying for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Citizen Soldier 400 at Dover International Speedway was cancelled due to weather.
The lineup will be based on the rule book, putting the top 16 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers up front led by Brad Keselowski.
