Freeman extends streak to 30 games, best in ’16

Freddie Freeman extended his hitting streak to an MLB-best 30 games this season with a single up the middle off of Phillies reliever Phil Klein in the bottom of the sixth inning. Boston Red Sox outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. previously had a 29-game hitting streak that was the longest in the Majors in 2016.
