The Dallas Cowboys will be looking to win three straight games for the first time since the end of the 2014 campaign when they travel to the coast this weekend to take on the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium.
Led by rookie quarterback Dak Prescott, the Cowboys have tallied consecutive straight-up wins without Tony Romo in the lineup for the first time since the star pivot became the club’s starter a decade ago.
The 49ers have fallen flat since opening the season with a 28-0 win over Los Angeles, surrendering 83 total points in a pair of blowout road losses in Carolina and Seattle, failing to cover in each as double-digit underdogs.
Point spread: This game opened as a pick’em; the total was 44 early in the week, according to sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark. (Line updates and matchup report)
NFL pick, via Odds Shark computer: 24.4-22.4 49ers (NFL picks on every game)
