Hip injury ends Jungmann’s season

ARLINGTON — Brewers right-hander Taylor Jungmann won’t make his final scheduled start after suffering what manager Craig Counsell characterized as a minor hip injury in his outing against the Reds on Saturday night.
Jungmann originally was to pitch Friday or Saturday in Colorado. The Brewers will now start rookie left-hander Brent Suter on Friday and Wily Peralta on Saturday. The starting pitcher for Sunday’s season finale is to be …
