Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson left Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers after suffering a knee injury, according to Field Yates of ESPN.

Yates noted Seattle’s medical staff put the brace on Wilson’s left knee. Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times reported Wilson was walking around the sideline with ice and a wrap on his knee.
