Dodgers activate Kazmir from DL, recall Taylor

LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers activated pitcher Scott Kazmir from the 15-day disabled list on Friday and recalled infielder Chris Taylor from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Kazmir last pitched Aug. 22 in Cincinnati, but left the game with a thoracic neck injury. He is in a tryout to be the fourth starter in the postseason. Taylor, acquired from Seattle for pitcher Zach Lee, is in his third stint with the …
