Reliever Morris outrighted to Triple-A

MIAMI — Two days after being designated for assignment, Bryan Morris is rejoining the Marlins’ organiztion, at least for now, as the 29-year-old reliever was outrighted to Triple-A New Orleans on Thursday.
For 40-man roster purposes, Morris was designated on Tuesday because the club had decided he wouldn’t be coming back in September.
Morris, who opened the season in a primary setup spot, has been on the disabled list since May 26 with a herniated lumbar disc, which required surgery.
In his first season of arbitration, Morris is making $1.35 million this season. Morris has four-plus years of MLB service time and is arbitration …
