Harvick Looks for Loudon Rebound

Share: Kevin Harvick got off to a bad start in the Chase and looks for better results Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The 2014 Sprint Cup Series champion suffered through a trying afternoon in the Chase-opening Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400 at Chicagoland Speedway that ended in a 20th-place finish. Harvick’s day went sour when he fell a lap down early through an ill-timed caution flag while on pit road and he wasn’t able to get back on the lead circuit to challenge for a win. The finish brings Harvick to the second race of the Chase 14th on the grid and currently in the group of four drivers that would be eliminated after Round 1. But there’s still plenty of opportunity for Harvick to get out of the danger zone and it starts Sunday at New Hampshire, a track where the Stewart-Haas Racing driver has excelled during his career.
