Broner charges dropped

Four-weight world champion Adrien Broner will not stand trial for assault and aggravated robbery after the alleged victim failed to turn up to court.
The hearing was due to begin on Wednesday, but special prosecutor Michael Tranter revealed that the star witness was absent for the third time since proceedings began.
