France – Steffon Bradford claims French NM1 weekly honour

SteffonBradford Experienced American Steffon Bradford (198-F/C-77) had an amazing evening in the last round for St Vallier and that’s him to receive a Eurobasket.com NM1 Player of the Week award for round 1.The 39-year old power forward had the game-high 26 points adding nine rebounds and two assists for St Vallier in his team’s victory, helping them to edge out RAC Basket (#16, 0-1) 80-77. St Vallier is placed at 8th position in French NM1. But it’s just the very beginning of the season and St Vallier won just one (their first) game. It’s too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round.The second most remarkable performance in last round’s games was 31-year old American swingman Daviin Davis (193-G/F-85) of Rennes. Davis impressed basketball fans with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Rennes to another comfortable win outscoring Challans (0-1) 96-73.
