Giants lose Crawford, Cueto to injuries

LOS ANGELES — Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford left Tuesday night’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the second inning with a dislocated left pinkie, and right-hander Johnny Cueto was removed with a left groin strain in the sixth inning.
