Bob Myers Promoted to Warriors’ President of Basketball Operations
- Updated: September 20, 2016
The Golden State Warriors announced a restructuring of their front office Tuesday, with general manager Bob Myers also taking over the role of president of basketball operations.
Travis Schlenk was promoted to vice president of basketball operations/assistant general manager. Kirk Lacob will take over as vice president of GSW Sports Ventures/assistant general manager, while Larry Harris will serve as assistant general manager/director of player personnel.
Myers, 41, has been the Warriors general manager since 2012.
