Newcastle fail in Anita appeal

Newcastle have failed in their bid to overturn the red card picked up by midfielder Vurnon Anita in the 2-0 home defeat to Wolves on Saturday.
Anita was shown a straight red card by referee Tim Robinson in the 87th minute for a late challenge on Wolves winger Ivan Cavaleiro.
