Koeman: Title talk crazy

Romelu Lukaku will miss Everton’s EFL Cup third-round tie with Norwich through injury with Enner Valencia starting in his place, Ronald Koeman has revealed.
Lukaku has six goals in his past three games for club and country, but a toe injury will interrupt that scoring streak when Norwich visit Goodison Park on Tuesday night.
And the Belgium international’s starting spot will go to summer signing Valencia, whose involvement until now has been limited to 24 minutes in Sunday’s win over Middlesbrough.
