Red Bull rubbish Kvyat/Verstappen duel speculation

During the Singapore Grand Prix, Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat aggressively defended his position against his Red Bull replacement Max Verstappen, something Red Bull have no issues with.
The Russian kept the youngster at bay for several laps on Sunday, despite the latter attacking the former with an updated Renault engine.
