2015-16 Season: The 2015-16 season looked like Adam Pelech’s big career break, but instead his career was put in jeopardy, due to a health scare. The Islanders defenseman came down with a case of thoracic outlet syndrome – a blood clot condition in the upper arms – causing him to miss over 30 games.
