Kinsler ejected 3 innings after HBP to helmet

CLEVELAND — Tigers second baseman Ian Kinsler, who nearly left Sunday’s series finale against the Indians after taking a Trevor Bauer fastball off his helmet in the second inning, was instead ejected in the fifth inning during an argument with home-plate umpire Jordan Baker.
