Davis Cup Tennis 2016: Final Scores and Results from Semi-Finals Bracket

Andy Murray put Great Britain on the brink of a second Davis Cup final in as many years after defeating Argentina’s Guido Pella 6-3, 6-2, 6-3 on Sunday to tie their semi-final at 2-2.
The Scottish superstar blazed a trail past his South American foe to tie the semi-final scoreline at two wins each, meaning Dan Evans’ clash against Leonardo Mayer later on Sunday will decide who advances.
The winner of that semi-final will take on Croatia in the tournament’s final after Marin Cilic beat France’s Richard Gasquet 6-3, 6-2, 7-5 in Sunday’s other early encounter.
That result means Borna Coric’s encounter against Lucas Pouille later on Sunday has become a dead-rubber, with the Croats progressing to the last hurdle irrespective of that result after assuming a 3-1 lead.
