Stewart, Newman Moving On

JOLIET, Ill. – Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman met with NASCAR over their incident last week at Richmond International Raceway, and are both looking ahead. They spent about 30 minutes with NASCAR officials on Friday at Chicagoland Speedway and emerged on much better terms than they were on last Saturday at Richmond. After an accident late in the race, Newman launched into a biting criticism of Stewart – calling him “bi-polar” and saying he’s in need of anger management.
