Flores to see doctor due to sore right wrist

WASHINGTON — Though Wilmer Flores’ neck has healed since his home-plate collision Saturday in Atlanta, he has not fully recovered from injuries sustained during that play.
Flores said after the Mets’ 1-0 loss to the Nationals on Wednesday that he plans to visit a doctor on Thursday morning to address lingering soreness he is experiencing in his right wrist.
