Skaggs scratched with tight forearm

ANAHEIM — Tyler Skaggs has been scratched from his scheduled start on Wednesday against the Mariners because of tightness in his left forearm, the Angels announced after Tuesday night’s 8-0 loss to Seattle.
Jhoulys Chacin will make the start for the Angels in the finale of a three-game series at Angel Stadium. It will be the first start for Chacin since Aug. 21, when he beat the Yankees with 5 2/3 scoreless innings.
