Howe urges patient approach

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has urged his young players to be patient as they look to secure first team football.
The Cherries signed six players on permanent deals over the summer but only one of them – 29-year-old defender Marc Wilson – is over the age of 22.
Howe believes he can help turn them into better players but only if they are prepared to work hard and look to the long-term to further their careers.
