Khan: Floyd’s in training

Amir Khan is still hopeful of facing Floyd Mayweather, who he revealed is rumoured to be training for a dramatic comeback.
Khan (31-4-KO19) has long pursued a meeting with Mayweather (49-0-KO26) but when ‘Money’ officially retired in September 2015, the Olympic silver medallist was forced to look elsewhere.
That search bypassed IBF world welterweight king Kell Brook and led to then-WBC world middleweight champion Saul Alvarez, who dispatched the Bolton fighter with a brutal sixth-round knockout – but Khan is still targeting Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
