Loeffler: GGG will be back

Gennady Golovkin would “absolutely love” to fight again in Britain, says his promoter Tom Loeffler.
Golovkin retained his world titles by stopping Kell Brook in five rounds at The O2, on Sky Sports Box Office on Saturday.
Loeffler revealed that Triple G’s next fight will be a mandatory defence of his WBA title against American Daniel Jacobs, but expects the middleweight king to return to the UK soon.
He admitted that Team Golovkin enjoyed the build-up, ringwalk and fight so much that the Kazakh will definitely be back.
“It was great, just great,” he told Sky Sports in an exclusive interview.
“When the fans were standing on their chairs, singing and cheering on, it was just an incredible atmosphere in the arena.
“I think the world saw what a great energy The O2 has and when both were walking into the ring, there was such adrenaline – it was great.
“There was a great atmosphere at Madison Square Garden and The Forum in LA but again, our plan with Gennady is to bring back the true definition of a world champion – and he’s fighting all over …
