Eggington vows to punish Gavin

Sam Eggington has vowed to punch Frankie Gavin “from pillar to post” on October 22, in repayment for what he feels were disrespectful comments.
The pair will meet in an all-Birmingham welterweight clash at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham, live on Sky Sports. They were originally set to fight in October 2015, but Gavin was ruled out by injury.
Eggington is aiming to get back into title contention after surrendering his British and Commonwealth welterweight straps to Bradley Skeete in March.
“I’m delighted that the fight with Frankie is finally here,” said Eggington. “I want to get that British title back and win it outright, and I know that I need a good win to get back into contention.
