Astros agree to deal with Cuban lefty Perez

The Astros have agreed to a $5.15 million deal with Cuban left-hander Cionel Perez, a source told MLB.com’s Jesse Sanchez on Monday. The club has not confirmed the deal.
Perez, 20, is ranked as MLB Pipeline’s No. 4 international prospect.
