West Ham ban 13 fans

West Ham have banned 13 fans from the club’s new home for life following disturbances in the crowd during Saturday’s 4-2 defeat to Watford.
West Ham supporters fought among themselves and also clashed with stewards and Watford fans, in what was just the Hammers’ second Premier League game at the London Stadium, which saw the hosts throw away a 2-0 lead.
Fans are unhappy at the stewarding and being unable to stand as they did at Upton Park, with the club urging fans to sit in order to comply with safety standards that would allow them to increase their capacity by 9,000 to 66,000.
