Russell Wilson Injury: Updates on Seahawks Star’s Ankle and Return

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson suffered a right ankle injury in Sunday’s 12-10 victory over the Miami Dolphins.

Wilson Receives X-Ray on Ankle Sunday, Sept. 11
Bob Holtzman of ESPN noted after the game that it was just a “precautionary” X-ray on Wilson’s right ankle. For his part, Wilson said “It feels a little sore, but I’ll be alright,” per Curtis Crabtree of Pro Football Talk.
Wilson completed 27 of 43 passes for 258 yards with a touchdown and an interception to go along with 16 rushing yards on four attempts.
