Keenan Allen Injury: Updates on Chargers Star’s Knee and Return

San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen suffered what appeared to be a knee injury Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs and was carted off the field. It is uncertain if he will return to action.

Allen Ruled Out vs. Chiefs Sunday, Sept. 11
The Chargers announced Allen would not return soon after the wide receiver left on a cart. Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reported the “early fear” is a torn ACL.
