Harbour Law appears increasingly likely to be given the rest of the year off following his historic triumph in Saturday’s St Leger.
Laura Mongan became the first woman in the Doncaster Classic’s 240-year history to train the winner as her pride and joy got up in the shadows of the post in the hands of George Baker.
Epsom-based Mongan admitted on Sunday morning she was still on cloud nine and is keeping her fingers crossed Harbour Law is still in her care next season.
