Jim Crowley extends title lead

Jim Crowley extended his lead over Silvestre de Sousa to seven in the race for the Stobart-sponsored jockeys’ championship with a 36-1 four-timer at Lingfield.
Crowley took his tally for the campaign to 97 when steering four favourites home at the Surrey venue, while De Sousa drew a blank at Doncaster, finishing second in the St Leger on Ventura Storm.
