Salazar exits early with forearm tightness

MINNEAPOLIS — Danny Salazar’s electric right arm appears to be on the fritz again. During Friday night’s game against the Twins, the Indians pulled Salazar from his start after he complained of tightness in his right forearm.
Cleveland announced that it removed the All-Star right-hander after the fourth inning as a precaution, with the Tribe holding a 5-4 lead.
This is the fourth time this season that Salazar has dealt with discomfort in his throwing arm.
In early June, the Indians skipped Salazar’s turn in the rotation due to shoulder fatigue. Cleveland then held the hard-throwing righty out of the All-Star Game when he indicated that he was feeling mild …
