NFL Announces Plans to Commemorate 15th Anniversary of September 11 Attacks

On Friday, the NFL announced plans to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001.
According to an official press release, “The NFL will feature special tributes to honor those who lost their lives and share an inspirational message of hope, unity and community service and engagement.”
In every NFL stadium hosting a game Sunday, video messages from President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush will be displayed.
