Cam Newton Passes Steve Young for Most Rushing TDs by a QB in NFL History

Cam Newton is picking up the 2016 season where he left off a year ago when he was named the league’s MVP.
The Carolina Panthers quarterback scored on a scramble in the first half of the season opener against the Denver Broncos on Thursday, putting him in the NFL record books, per Steve Reed of the Associated Press:

He now has 44 rushing touchdowns in his career, passing Steve Young (43) for the NFL record.
