Urijah Faber says there’s a ‘bunch of wusses’ out there ducking Jimmie Rivera

CLEVELAND – When Urijah Faber’s career finally winds down, and his resume can be looked at as a whole, one thing that will stand out is that he fought so many types of fighters. As in champions, contenders, up-and-comers, veterans and fairly anonymous woodwork fighters looking to make a name off of him.One of the contenders who is silently going about an 18-fight win streak is Faber’s opponent Saturday night, Jimmie Rivera, who hasn’t lost since 2008. After coming up short in his title fight against Dominick Cruz at UFC 199 in June, Faber didn’t hesitate at the chance to fight the little known Rivera, even if it feels “high risk, low reward” to fans.
