SebastianSchmitt EasyCredit BBL club Eisbaeren Bremerhaven have reeled in German U-20 national player Sebastian Schmitt (184-PG-96) Schmitt is a 20 year old 184cm guard that comes from FC Bayern Munich. The Eisbaeren gave the German a one year contract after being convinced of his abilities in a try-out. Over the years Schmitt played for the FC Bayern Munich farm team in the Regionaliga, NBBL team and belonged to their BBL team last season. Last season the German played 2 games in the BBL and also played at FC Bayern Muenchen II (Regionalliga) playing 19 games averaging 9.7ppg, 3.1rpg, 4.8apg, 2.4spg, FGP: 51.7%, 3PT: 35.2%, FT: 76.2%. “He gave a good impression in training and test games against Gronningen and Aalst.
